Job Description

: Roles & Responsibilities: - Team handling and team leader for audits. - Team handling for MIS. - Perform due diligence from the investor side. - Assist start-ups in their due diligence. - Resolving any tax related issues for business or client. - working knowledge of the Company Law, Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Accounting Standards, Balance Sheet Finalization. - Past experience of Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Direct Tax cases.
